Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We charge an additional $6 restocking fee that will be deducted from your return.
We also offer returns in exchange for full store credit which is available for 1 year.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item does not match the description or if you receive the wrong item so that e can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment within 10 business days.

Can I exchange my item ?
Yes, we accept exchanges for any item purchased in our store. All returns will be inspected upon receipt, and if accepted, you may exchange your item for another product. Due to the curated nature of The Collection Edit, the same item may not always be available; however, you are welcome to select a new item of your choice.
